The only real section that matters is;
"As at the date of this announcement, following the Transaction, the Company holds no material investment assets, is debt free and has an available cash balance in excess of £130m or 18.5p per share"
Current share price 14-14.8p. So a 20% discount for a management that have shown that they can deliver positive results. Hard to say if it is justified at the moment or whether there should be a premium. I hold. Average in 13.8p. Always DYOR
